Do the reviews of the US sportsbooks ever get adjusted?

BetMGM is complete garbage in my opinion due to their crappy customer service. (I posted in here about my experience with them.) I have two other friends who won't use them because of things that have happened with them. Why do they get an "A-"?

others offer various adjusted lines for different sports. like FD offers more adj lines on football spreads than DK but DK offers more adj baseball run lines than FD.
