No one should be able to complain 50 years later unless they were in a coma or incapacitated. So, now gold fukkin diggers can come out years later and accuse a famous dead person of abusing them? That person has no defense. You accuse Lebron James of raping you last Saturday, at least James can prove where he was. You accuse him 100 years later, him and his family are all dead. Bullshit.
Sexual assault is vile, it's pathetic, the perpetrators should suffer the worse. BUT, we have seen women falsely accusing men as well (Duke Lacrosse). Those women are just as bad as a vile rapist. They should be made to face physical punishment as well, maybe even the death penalty. A man has no defense when a woman accuses him of rape. Our last 2 presidents had it happen, Johnny Depp had it happen with his ex wife. Women know they can throw that in a mans face and get a payday. It has to stop.

The statute of limitations was supposed to prevent 50 year old complaints this but it was removed for sexual assault cases.
Dumb move IMHO, but still, the prosecutor should not be proceeding if there is not solid evidence. So I hope Foreman can sue them if there is not evidence to support a charge as its too easy to smear people with unprovable allegations after so much time.
None of this is the women's fault though. If some prick has raped me 50 years ago and the law was suddenly changed so I could have them charged, hell yeah I would be doing that too..Comment -
