Anyone Having Trouble With The SBR Betting Odds, Lines and Spreads Format?

What happened to format options on the SBR ODDS Page?

I am only offered the cumbersome format with 2 plays per screen page.

Also, I am not offered "POINT SPREAD and TOTALS" on the same page.
In my opinion that should be the default option for odds.

What happened to format options on the SBR ODDS Page?
