Tried to use it for Pitt WVU game, doesn't work there either. Also looked up Cleveland Cavaliers, no dice on that either.

Try and sell it to someone or on Ebay.

It sounds pretty worthless so get what you can for it and move on.

I’ll probably go to the riverhounds game next Wednesday. Maybe I’ll go to a penguins game around Christmas if not. Just a pain in the ass I wasted so much time trying to put the pirate tickets in. My sons last day before kindergarten. He likes the crappy ass team I figure sounds like a good idea.

You can only use it on certain tickets. To me it’s overpriced though for regular season.

Don't know. Don't really go to shows. I will probably end up using it to go to the riverhounds game next wednesday. You get to sit super close but the place is a pain in the ass as it has little parking and is in the middle of a hotspot weekend type place. Wednesday that shouldn't be a problem, especially after school is in season.

What irritated me more than the voucher only being available for certain things is that you cant talk to anyone or get a hold of anyone, I had to figure it out by trial and error after many attempts at different pirate tickets.

horrible customer service from them. i agree.

had an issue with tickets for a comedy show. can't talk to no one.
