Agree with gold honestly the sweetest spot for me has always been January to mid February college basketball by far has been the kindest to me.

my best times are the last 4 weeks of NFL and the NFL playoffs so December and January. also starting to get a good feel for NBA and NHL then.

i also think it has to do with the cold and being home more so i can read and study like i should.

Was usually December, lots of good opportunities early in the CBB season. Not as much last year or two, so much roster movement on a constant basis it’s much tougher to get a real feel for these teams anymore until the start of conference season, by that time the numbers are a lot sharper and there’s not as much value to be found.
