Little guy. Any big man would grab him and throw him on his head. What was he 5'6" and 130 pounds?

I've been with chicks larger, taller and heavier then him and they weren't fat either. Little man with karate skills. Whoopie.

Bruce Lee invented the Oblique kick.

Jon Jones and Conor McGregor uses the Oblique kick in their fights inspired by Bruce Lee.

People always forgot to focus on the simple explanation of everything: most entertainment and media stuff is about emotion and propaganda. As a result, the law of parsimony here is that quite clearly (although he was a great exhibitionist and entertainer), Lee would have had the outcome that Tarantino said he would.

What's more, throw an early death into a life story, and the degree of (over)rating skyrockets.

Bruce Lee was a great fighter. 2 of the main reasons for his fighting skills were his ability to control the distance between his opponent and himself, and he utilized very fast, non-telegraphed strikes which were virtually impossible to block.

I'm not trying to knock Bruce Lee but he never fought anyone. He sparred with a dude (his student), once.

What are you talking about? Bruce Lee beat the crap out of Chuck Norris. He even beat Kareem Abdul Jabbar who is 2 feet taller than him.

I think Mr. Lee gets the W in a virtual brawl over the bigger and stronger Chuck Norris.

For evidence I submit the bout of yesteryear of Sugar Ray Leonard vs Marvelous Marvin Hagler.

The disparity of speed over strength was (IMHO) the determining factor................

Thats bs. There is a heavyweight pro boxer that had a record of like 20-5 that trained with Bruce and he said Bruce beat the shit out of him in boxing. He said he rarely ever landed a punch. The actor James Coburn trained with him and said he kicked a 750 lb bag so hard that the bag would slap off the ceiling. Everyone else would kick the bag with their best shot and it barely moved

                                  5. Lee could hit out the heavy fist of 350 pounds, the boxing champion Muhammad Ali could also hit the same amount of pounds, but Lee was just 130 pounds in weight, while Ali 260 pounds. They were not on the same weight class.

                                    6. He could kick 6 times during one second; His signature move “Skip SideKick” could kick a 200 pounds guy with safeguard armour into the sky. The guy flew 20 meters away and fell into the swimming pool.

                                      7. The data shows that Lee could do around 1500 pushups with both hands; 400 for one hand; 200 for two fingers (ordinary people even cannot support himself) ; 100 for one thumb.

                                        4. He could easily put one finger into an unopened can of Coca-Cola, at a time when cans were made of steel.

He Could Grab A Coin Out Of Your Hand, And Replace It With Another Coin. One of Lee’s most impressive feats of speed, was his ability to snatch a coin from your hand. The usual protocol would be Lee placing a coin in your hand, after which he’d stand a few feet away. He’d then instruct you to close your palm as soon as you saw him move.

When you saw the blur of movement that was Bruce Lee, you’d snap your hand shut and feel a round object. Your smugness would only last so long though, since your next sight would be Lee smiling while holding your coin, leaving you to open your own hand and see a different coin that Lee had placed there in less than a second.

Chuck Norris is great, but I think Bruce Lee would keep a little distance, and wear Norris down with speed (blows and kicks)

Kinda like the strategy that Sugar Ray Leornard employed against Marvelous Marvin Hagler.

Sugar Ray got the decision, but the consensus, (at least around here) shows Hagler the winner.......
