I really DO believe that a sophisticated bettor can clear a profit over time. I think the BEST horse-bettors understands how to structure a bet. Of course, they have to know more than that...bet there's a lot of hidden stuff going on.
Some will say that NO ONE wins at the races if not privy to INSIDE INFO. But I don't believe that, either.
