Then when the become favored with their early lead, or the lead late, take Philly LIVE as a dog. In my opinion, in this situation of Wash scoring first early, I predict a better than 90% chance that the line will sway enough for legitimate value.

I guess we have to be there to see it. The same will not be true of the lead late, as we don't know when late is, where in the lineup they are, the pitcher, the batters, or the number of outs. That is something that has to be determined at the moment it's happening.
