They are not an offshore book. They report to the IRS when you hit $600 threshold like fantasy sports do. I'm not sure on the legality stuff that allows them to offer this "marketplace" but I'm guessing it's similar to that of like Monkey Knife Fight, Draftkings, Prizepicks, etc.

i have never kycd at a crypto book.

If they ask you to kyc you withdrawl. They wont hold the funds untill you send id.

Thanks for the replies. Heritage is the best platform. I like the idea of BetOpenly, however, I'm not giving up my picture i.d with a selfie of me like they want me to. Not happening. They need to change that like yesterday.

So Heritage it is. I'm going on a baseball run right after the ASG.
