CFL - BC LIons @ Ottawa Redblacks - 7:30 EST ESPN2

I don't follow the CFL much. I've watched part of 2 games this season. Ottawa is 0-2, losing both to last years champ, Winnipeg. BC is 2-0, with a combined winning margin of 85 points. Apparently, they have a great passing attack.

The line is BC -1.5. I plan on betting modestly, but why would I even consider Ottawa?

Anyone that watches and knows the CFL here?
