That said, she needs to follow Tom Brady, the GOAT and dedicate herself to wellness and get in shape. She's 40. You're not going to win titles anymore carrying a caboose. Trim up, tone down, lost about 25 pounds like Zion just did. You're not going to move around grass if you're fat as a cow. Not unless it's a grazing/eating contest.
