Hello, I had created an account with Bovada and Deposited $300, in which I quickly ran up to $17,000 in the span of less than 8 hours using their Sportsbook. I hit big on a parlay and a few other esport events, which was responded by bovada quickly limiting my bets to $15. Dissatisfied with this, I go to withdrawal my entire balance and I noticed my account is disabled, prompting me to contact customer service. After contacting customer service I was told my account was under investigation and it would be 24-48 hours before receiving a response. Shortly after the conversation, bovada temporarily blocked my mobile device from even accessing the site, which was just lifted last night, but my account is still disabled. It's been over a week, and have been left in the dark and feel like I truly been frauded. I have never referred anyone to the site so no RAF bonus abuse and all but 1 wager was prematch so no live odds abuse. Really confused here.

#1217k in 8 hours not so fishy, until you factor in a $300 initial deposit? Also no details were given on what this player actually bet. Seems like complete BS to me.Originally posted by big joe 1212He said he got to 17k in 8 hours.Comment -

#15I wagered all on league of legends, and even hit a 3 team parlay at +500 odds. I wagered beyond the max bet limit twice, but It was pending approval and went through twice. The only non prematch wager I made was on Live Argentina Basketball at like -1600 odds when i had like 5 percent left to complete my rollover. I was betting my entire bankroll everytime.
The weirdest part was I still have never been ask to submit ID, utility bill, or anything like that, I just keep getting told theirs a pending investigation.
I have no reason to promote any other site and honestly just want my money, I can provide several screenshots of transcripts with the agent if needed. Thanks for hearing me out

If they have not asked for ID I would guess that they either think they know who you are without it, or it's not about you personally.
Not a lot you can do but wait for a decision and react then if needed.
Bovada do not have a name for just cancelling winners because they do not want to pay. And $17,000 is not a big balance for them. So if you know they have no reason to penalize you, you probably have a very good chance to still be approved and paid..Comment -

#19Is their a dispute forum I can utilize here, I was under the impression SBR acts as a mediator between Client and Sports books?

#25That's a red flag for bonus abuse. I'm not suggesting you were using multiple accounts, but guys that use multiple accounts for bonusing are usually putting their whole balance in play repeatedly.Originally posted by AlishaHuddyI was betting my entire bankroll everytime.Comment -

#26Bovada has in their terms you can't wager more than 50% of your deposit amount if you take a bonus.
While I've done it before on occasion and they did not care- I'm sure they can pick and choose when they want to enforce it.
If you deposit $500, get $250 bonus. You can't bet more than $250 on anything. Casino, sports, horses, doesn't matter.Comment -

#27Then they should explain that. Instead of waiting till you go to cash out or make a simple call hey we feel like you abused a bonus so we are removing the bonus amount from your account that you used. Seems like a easy fixComment -
