I suppose you're right. Outside of this bet and Azerbaijan, I've done ok. Denmaek over France , Hungary over England today. It seems to me that the players and coaches care about this competition. International soccer is infamously random but i love it

Not that much. It's just another opportunity for UEFA to make money. I feel for those soccer players. They are overwhelmed. Imagine if the NBA guys had to play that much?

The top players who play for Big clubs and Good Intl teams play an almost endless string of games. League fixtures, Cup ties, Intl friendlies, and Intl major competitions. A guy like Frank Lampard used to play as many as 64 games in a 12-month period.

I just don't think the fans buy into the Nations League. They know that EURO and WORLD CUP are the "major competitions." Nations League just sounds like make-believe.

*Would ENG lose to HUNG, if that was a World Cup group game?
*Would Belg lose 4-1 to Neth?
*Would Fra lose 2-1 vs Denmark?

Things happen. I just question the urgency in these games.

France and Denmark are in the same group at the world cup(again). I doubt either team showed much.

Eng hasn't lost to Hungary in 60 years so yeah.

I get your point. These games are whatever but some dubious line movement in the past.

Btw someone can correct me if I'm wrong but position in the league affect world cup seeding. Hence Germany ended up in the Spain group.

Yes the Nations League affects seeding for World Cup and Euro Cup. It's also an additional way to get into WC, EC in case the nation didn't manage to get in via the regular qualifiers.
