I'm watching it from my DVR.... ending already occurred.... and I'm like wow... the ref could have called that if he wanted to.

I agree. Smart missing 3 wide open 3 pointers. Butler missing a wide open 3 look. These were terrible misses. Sure you can say fatigue was a factor to the common viewer. But something was definitely up during the last 6 minutes of the game. The refs allowed a lot of "bumping" that you could consider a blocking foul.

The Lowry play at the end.... it's like instinctively he said... I HAVE TO FOUL! He extends his arms to foul... and then decides not to a split second later. Very odd body language. Someone knew the script. I had no business winning... After 20 years of the sh## always happening to me... I'll gladly take the win.

I'm speculating, I don't know for sure, my guess is maybe Butler wanted to go for the kill shot, if that missed (which it did) I think maybe he was relying on Bam for a rebound, put back type of scenario.

Appreciate the post. It's just a system I do with Game 7's. I don't even look at the 2 teams. I just look at the total.
