#72Originally posted by Mac4LyfeSmoking and drinking and living a hard life takes years off your life. He did not look well to me the last few years. Very sad. He was one of my favorite actors. For some reason, he reminded me of another one of my favorite actors Bill Paxton. They both were so very believable.
RIP, we just lost a great one.

#75Yep he was a chain smoker his entire life. Quit in 2018 but that was probably a little to late. Apparently he was an alcoholic as well. Not a good combination!Comment -

#82I sat next to him at a Clipper basketball game a few rows up from the floor when the Clippers really sucked years ago. He seemed like a nice enough guy. He was a big time Clipper fan even during the losing years.Originally posted by mama whoiscryingI was fortunate enough to meet him in the summer of 2000. He was a 7 pack a day guy. I do remember seeing how bad his face skin looked. Total crater face.Comment -

#83He was phenomenal in "Goodfellas"! Glad you mentioned "Unlawful Entry" - Great movie and no one could play the bad cop any better - Just a perfect role for him! RIP to one of the best...Originally posted by spurginobili'Goodfellas' was an all-timer. Not sure if many saw 'Unlawful Entry,' but he was great in that one too.

#85I don't know. Liotta was a great actor too. He did a lot of movies, TV, cartoon. He was very funny but could get serious, act like a total maniac and could be well versed. Something about both of them I just really liked. I think their smirks. They both could sometimes have a IDGAF look on their faces that was so genuine. They both worked a lot, which also could have led to their early deaths. Long hours, poor food, no real exercise.Originally posted by JIBBBYBill Paxton was very solid. Better actor then Ray Liotta. #87Vincent D'Onofrio is straight edge, but he's a tireless worker, he worked himself almost into a coma.Originally posted by jjgoldThese guys all lived hard lives and beat up their bodies partying and eventually catches up with them
Dick Wolf had to give him mandatory time off, with pay of course because Wolf feared not only his health, but his life.Comment -

#88John Ritter was another one. Poor lifestyles I'm sure did them all in early then expected. I'd bet you are right about that. Smokers, drinkers, fast living, etc.Originally posted by Mac4LyfeI don't know. Liotta was a great actor too. He did a lot of movies, TV, cartoon. #89He’s another great actor. I thought he was a dead man, living so hard. Loved him in Full Metal Jacket. That’s what I think a mass shooter looks like. He was twisted, straight scary, pure evil. You see him morph into this sadistic killer.Originally posted by stevenashVincent D'Onofrio is straight edge, but he's a tireless worker, he worked himself almost into a coma.

#90His downfall if I had to guess is the cancer sticks. You can't pump tobacco smoke in your lungs all day long and everyday for most of your life and expect to come out ok in the end.
Even when you eventually quit late in life there are still lingering effects...

#97I would take BIll Paxton > Ray Liotta, but I think I liked GoodFellas better then anything Paxton did.
I recommend 2 Bill Paxton/BIlly Bob Movies:
A Simple Plan
One False Move
I think alot of people loved A Simple Plan, but One False Move is very underrated. Billy Bob wrote it as wellComment -

#98^ A simple plan was a good movie.
Burning the cash in the end was a little over the top though even with serial numbers matched by law enforcement.
