#5Most of them, and tail a few select posters on here. It adds (for me) a little more excitement to games I may very well not have watched in the first place. Mostly 2-3 leg parlays. My gf gets to do a daily 3 leg player prop parlay for $1-$5 on my dime.Comment -

The juice is outrageous. A lot of time a player gets injured and you get screwed.Comment -

#8Pretty much what Pavy said, you run the risk of injury, and your prop bet players sitting the fourth quarter in a blow out game and only plays 24 minutes instead of 34.
I'd estimate about twenty percent, maybe one of five or six will be a prop bet.
The props are probably the easiest to beat, problem is you have to lay stupid vig, like -130 or so.
So, you have to pick your spots.
You can't volume bet props at -130 or -140 constantly, you'll get barreled in and go broke real fast.
Case in point, a certain individual in the NBA forum volume bets props at -130 pretty much daily. how's that working out for him?Comment -

But sometimes for -110 your giving up a half point, rebound, whatever.
In this fashion, "juice" can be disguised at half and even whole points.
Even so, props can still be soft enough to overcome the vig, even if they are priced up a bit.Comment -

You need to pay attention, sometimes the books are asleep at the wheel and neglect the RB2's that get extended carries.
The props on the brand name start, those are hard to beat, the books know who the common Joe likes to bet on.
You do know what prop paid me off handsomely, I know you do because I posted it all the time in the "Fly Me" thread.
Danny "Dimes" Jones 'over' rushing yards.
Another guy who paid me off a lot is KC running back Williams.
Regarding the Jones rushing prop, I don't know why the books never caught on to the fact he's run for 30 years plus pretty much every game, and the books kept setting the number at 18.5 or 19.5.
You can't dart throw, do your four hours of weekly homework, you'll find some golden nuggets.Comment
