Close games cost the books too much money. Degenerate gamblers watch no matter what, if they lose the ml, they bet the spread live, if they lose that they chase the total. Either way TV ratings dont seem to suffer because of the constant betting. But i agree I havent each watch today's game and the other ones I've been turning off by halftime.

literally zero times the regular games and i only watched last minutes of 4th quarter nets-celtics game 4 when they got swept. i knew they gonna fix for nets to lose after that simmons bullkrap fackin knew it. so i didn't even bother. i just want the players reaction after the game and hugging and shiet. fixed
i was gonna tune in for nets game when simmons suppose to start in season. but it never happened
nba is now worse than wwe. the last 3 mvps were euro players who really didnt deserve!! 1st time ever. horrible.

Gambling and DFS are the only things that make the playoffs watchable for me. I assume it's the same for many others as the ratings indicate that people still watch this stuff although I agree most of the games have been terrible and if I didn't have skin in the game I probably wouldn't pay attention.
