after the sixers lost to kawhi and the raps, it was obvious simmons needed to work on his jumper. he did nothing. he didn't even work on his FT's. the POS needed to be traded then. instead they kept him a couple more years and he embarrassed himself against the hawks, then sat out like a pansy.

i bet the whole time he was sitting out, he did nothing basketball related. and if he were to give an honest answer, he'd say something like.. "i didn't have anything to work on."
