I just had it out with an ethnic black name support agent. Took Leeds United DNB with a freeplay. It was a draw,I didn’t see the free play back in my account.

The majority give them back. Only one I could say for sure that doesn’t is here if you can even count that as a book. I do research it before using the first time and we always should, although I didn’t here. I knew I had a push that was returned prior but I don’t remember a waiting period.

But the sharp play was the draw. My strategy on free plays is to bet 3 draws and if you hit one you turn most of the freeplay in cash.

They are not rare. They hit about 30-33% of the time and the odds are +250 or better.

This was a free play, not a risk free bet. Yes a risk free bet you get the money back on a push but don’t get another shot risk free

Being that his name is Jamal, I would say it’s EXTREMELY likely he’s a black man. I know multiple Jamal’s, all black. Unfortunately, I didn’t save the chat. The cliff notes are accurate. I did give him a hard time at the end. I thought it was well deserved, regardless of the color. I’ve got many horrible answers over the years from many support agents at many different books, but this was the first that answered right away and gave me the completely wrong answer without any attempt at research. I could have given him the benefit of the doubt if it was hard to find, but it took me less than 5 seconds of research to find the 24 hour thing.
