Very good point, Manny. Nobody believes these programs are 100% clean.

Remember the stories about Joe Paterno being clean as a whistle? Guy had skeletons (more than most). One of the most manipulative Big Program HCs in the L50 years.

Sure doesn't seem like a normal exit point. Guy is too young to retire and appears to be in good health.
