picking up Westbrook had to be the stupidest idea ever. They had enough rebounding, they had a point guard in LeBron, they had more than enough defense and rebouding. They desperately needed a spot-up 3 point shooter, to take the heat off of double teams. So they ended up picking a guy who drives to the hole (seriously? you already got LeBron and Davis?) and can't shoot the 3 if his life depended on it. They need a role player to play second fiddle, Westbrook has to have the ball and be fiddle #1 or 2.

I should have bet the under season win total when I thought that. Been wrong about a lot of things, not that trade.

And where the Lakers go from here, who knows, they gave up so many first round picks, I guess they just have to keep going with high-priced free agents.

The GM is an idiot. No coach could have done anything with the Lakers imo. Maybe Popovich could have scrambled something, who knows. Sign Popovich to a $50 million a year contract to deal with this team. lol
