There's no other way.

A nice mix of passive and active make it just right. Once you clock the grip, you have to make it work for you and the world is full of opportunity to make it happen at any risk level you can tolerate.

Oh, and don't forget having a positive cashflow bookie. That helps too. Might only be able to find one of those in Australia or New Zealand, haven't found one yet in the US.
