Kansas turned up the pressure like Baylor did to UNC down the stretch. Baylor almost made the huge comeback. UNC did not react well to tight ball pressure and folded like a cheap suit. Not sure Davis could have done anything to stop the onslaught. I did think it was stupid to let the Kansas big get the ball in the paint after Baycot (sp?) went down. You knew they were going inside and the white boy couldn't guard him. Why not just foul him? He is an awful FT shooter. Either double down on him or just foul him. Giving up that bucket lost the game IMO. Poor coaching or no coaching by Davis but the players should know better. The white boy is a grad student. Foul you big dummy.

All basketball games do, make sure you do it in the nba playoffs, when a team goes up 10-12 points, in the playoffs that is nothing, those leads disappear so fast and it is a tie game again, just cap who you think is gonna win, wait for the right time, and if you think that team can still win, if you happen to be watching, strike

It should have been and up and down gameplan for the 2nd half - that's how Carolina beats 'em. This idea that Kansas is a great up and down team is not that true. They are a great perimeter defensive team. I have been saying this a lot last couple of days. Davis got excited about the 15 point lead and thought they could run clock and back into a W. Horrible idea.

He could be, I think that Duke kid is by far the best player at the nba level, followed by that kid from Purdue. Holmgren is kind of like a poor man's porzingis. Porzingis is good, yeah, but he's not gonna change your franchise. But out of this draft, those two guys I mentioned are the ones I see making a difference at the nba level. Cunningham is probably the best player to come out of college since Morant.

The final shot was supposed to go to Manek. If you watch replay they had a screen setup for him to get an open look on the far side of the court, the only problem was Manek slipped and didn't get to his spot, otherwise it looks like he would've gotten that open look they drew up for him. Once Manek slipped the inbounder had to abort the play and just get the ball inbounds to anyone, which is why Love ended up taking that desperation shot.

No coaching edge is gonna surpass a 5 on 4 edge... You move the ball around and you're either going to get a dunk or a wide open practice shot for three.

I was watching the game, but in a crowded environment, so I don't know what happened or what the announcers were saying, but a timeout was taken and only Kansas could've called a timeout in that situation.

I think the refs actually called an injury timeout there. It was weird because KU should have attacked the rim but instead they stopped playing and then the refs stopped the game so Bacot could get off the court for a sub.
