#10Yes i said that last week! Dave Roberts is so overrated. Congrats you won a world series in a bubble in Texas playing only 60 games.Comment -

#12Not sure if he's entirely washed up but he's not comfortable in the eighth inning role.
If Kimbrel isn't closing out games in the ninth he's not effective.
Kimbrel's a borderline Hall of Fame reliever.
He's still only 33, he has the most saves of all active pitchers, even though I think saves are the most meaningless stat in MLB.
But that's what the old time Hall of Fame voters base their votes on regarding relievers.
Kimbrel's going to pass Eck on the all time list in July or so, and will reach 400 all time by years end.
What's the deal worth, I can't find anything concrete.
I'm hearing Chicago picks up some of the tab and Kimbrel gets 16 million for one year?Comment -

#14Just what the dodgers needed. Another washed up closer that loves to walk the bases loaded to make it more difficult each timeComment -

#15Dodgers should have just paid Jansen. If Bellinger can’t figure it out? I mean the guy has “Steve blass syndrome” for a hitter. His bat is filled with holes
anyway, pollock was a great backup for Bellinger when he is batting .112 in JulyComment -

#16Anyone can swing a bat. The art is swinging on the correct pitch with the correct timing. Only a few can do this consistenly. This is why the non hitting percentage is between 66 to 80%.Comment
