    i hit a first place finish last night on fanduel
    nba fantasy for 50k

    never had a win this big before

    anyone know if theres any difference in wthdrawal methods check or back into account via pay pal?
    normally have taken much smaller amounts through paypal never any problem

    do i have to pay any tax on this?
    if so immediately or next year ?

      Nice hit!

      I've had issues with PayPal reporting transactions that shouldn't be taxed, so I would recommend going straight from FD to your bank account. Fanduel will send you a tax form at the end of the year. I wouldn't want to risk PayPal reporting the same cash a second time to the IRS.

      Got any plans for the $$$?

              Keep it in go for 6 figures kid. Remember the first time I hit 6 figures. Oddly it wasn’t enough. We are selfish people probably should withdraw it and quit gambling take the money and move on. Think that’s probably the best advice you will never take.

                  Had a couple of minor cashes myself, I wheeled Jokic with two discount players (Tyrus Jones and Wagner).
                  Not big cashes, enough to cover a couple of weeks of entry fees.

                  Yeah, you got to pay taxes on a FD win, you can't escape that.

                            i'm still a little delirious

                            ive been playing daily fantasy since it started in jersey so ive spent quite a bit had a few other decent hits but none like this - i definitely am now quite a bit in the black
