I thought things were going good with them but every time they had a promo: like $20 same game parlay and we will give $10 back win or lose, every time I did these or the bet $10 on a side if you win its $100 my account never was credited until I would call or chat with CS so I quit using them!!

I then opened an account at draft kings and you cant use you deposit on sportsbook if you deposit it in fantasy and I didn't know that. I log in make a deposit and im in fantasy so I cant use my money in sportsbook so I went back to offshore!! just my take on them

Very true. Average response time to an email is 2 weeks and I don't think any have an actual live person you can talk to. Probably the number 1 reason I wont play at these shit books. Sugarhouse book took 3 weeks to verify my identity. After they did I sent them an email to fuk off and close my account. These idiots don't realize they are losing customers because of lack of customer service. Instead of spending millions on annoying commercials try hiring a few employees instead.
