That bump would've been called a foul at any other point in the game, but the officials didn't want the outcome decided at the free throw line I guess... On the flip side, the dude on the break needs to take a floater knowing he's up against the clock.

The officials were bailed out by the fact that the dunk was just after the clock expired because otherwise they would've been lambasted for gifting Arizona the game. Overtime was the best possible outcome for all involved.
