Aaron Donald is definitely overrated. He made a big play at the end of the Superbowl though vs the worst offensive line that has participated in the big game in some time. This guy had the franchise on his shoulders and cracked the playoffs at least a couple times and did so with mostly bums around him, and a turnstile offensive line in front of him. I'd say that's akin to Lebron getting the Cavs to the playoffs during his original tenure in Cleveland.

There's things called "double teams" for instance in which a DT can affect a game without popping on the screen. And even sacks are hard to come by... Elite pass rushers often average less than one per game, but you act like Donald is supposed to be in the backfield on every play and putting together a highlight reel every quarter or else he's overrated.
