What I see here is Brady is basically saying he's playing at least 2 more seasons. He'll play in Tampa, then maybe bail out and go to SF if the Niners have a bad year with Lance and Tampa doesn't win anything.

Brady is not going to be happy in Tampa the way Arians runs the team. He's a players coach. Nobody practiced all season, everyone claiming they were hurt. Brady wanted away from Belichick, now he probably wants a Belichick type to coach Tampa.
