The only thing is i never got a copy of the chat so i hope they are honest about this and do not alter anything. If they do i still know the truth and will never trust them again.

Update on Betus

So i get a call from Danny again today he called yesterday i was assuming he was going to go over what happened from Finn promising me 100% FP on live chat .I had my niece here so i could not talk to him.

So turns out he was trying to get me to deposit AGAIN after i just got ****** over on my 100% freeeplay promise. He tried saying i just had a cashout so i should not have been offered that. So i said again how i mentioned i had a cashout and i was promised 100% . So he wanted to work something out now to deposit .

I basically told him people at SBR are waiting to see what happens here and until i get what i was promised i will never deposit here again. So he again as the other guy said will look into it.

Are they penetrating nuts though . They actually think if they offer me another bonus i will deposit after they ****** me out of a 100% fp and only gave me a 20% cash. They still owe me 60% fp . And i will never deposit here again until i get that nor trust them. They just ****** me out of a bonus and it looks like they were about to offer me another penetrating one when they STILL have not made good on the last one.

Another update Danny just called again. He admitted everything i said was true and on chat . But he cannot give me the difference because it is in the system i took 20% cash. Of course i went off a bit again because that is what i was told the only thing i can get.

He said he would be my acct guy from now on and he can give me the 100% next time i deposit . So i told told him the only way i will ever do that is you send it to me in writing and i deal with only you. So he agreed . So i will receive an e-mail saying i will get the 100% i will not deposit without that in writing.

Once you meet the bonus rollover at BetDSI you have to convert the bonus funds to cash funds. Hard to figure out but if you take the time and hit the right buttons you can figure it out. Or live chat for help, they'll walk you through it. I've heard the horror stories but that hasn't been the case with me so far with DSI.

Check the bonus balance as it's separate from your normal cash balance on the site. Live chat and complain if you don't get it. They will straighten you out. Go the extra mile..

Yea i will give them another shot because if i can get 100% its worth it. Basically it evened out. I got great customer support when i hit and cashed out the $10000 on the slot machine zero issues.
