Used to be that in the British army, at least, you had to be a certain height to be considered. Now they let anyone in else people complain about discrimination. Similar with Policemen & Firemen. Used to be that you had to show you could carry a certain weight a 100 yards to be considered for a fireman job, but that's not fair to women. I don;t know...
