DraftKings is retarded. They have a message on their site that even if they are not licensed in a particular State, you can still create and account to view lines, offers, news updates, etc...click here to join.

Then you join to view lines per their message and it gives another message to cease all activity immediately as I am not in New Jersey or whatever and they logged my user info in case of repeat activity. Which one is it?

You are completely wrong. The US was and is the largest producer of oil in the world - when oil was below $50 a barrel.
