#2Yep I love basketball at all levels. Obviously being a Kentucky fan college ball is what I love the most but I still have the league pass because I can't get enough basketball even though literally all I do is watch basketball since I am a basketball scorekeeper.Comment -

#3The UCONN/Villanova game was the first basketball game I watched wire to wire.
Excellent game.
90 percent of all the other games were pretty much unwatchable beyond 20 minutes.Comment -

#8Yeah it sucks when that happens but I still watch the NBA because despite all the whistles and unnecessary stoppages they are the best players in the world. I think it's better during the playoffs but the refs do dictate the flow of the game a little more in the NBA.Comment -

#10Playoffs aren’t 2 bad I guess he’ll I even went to a western conference final game against warriors and blazers back when warriors had that remarkable season. Honestly the foul calling for the mega stars has got so out of hand. If they are even barely bumped driving to the basket it’s almost automatic free throws…
I seen a thread earlier that this foul calling shit had got better give me a break that’s obviously not the case.Comment -

#19I hear what you are saying, the ratings are still through the roof
The National Football League notched its best TV ratings in six years during the 2021-2022 season, boosted by an extra week of games and a slew of nail-biting finishes.
The league’s 272 regular-season games averaged 17.1 million viewers, up 10% over the 2020-2021 season, yielding its best numbers since 2015, according to Nielsen data.
The regular season, which was extended to 17 games from 16 in previous years, was full of close games and few blowouts. According to the NFL, 64% of all games this season were within one score in the fourth quarter.
Nielsen said that NFL games ranked in the top 16 and accounted for 91 of the top 100 telecasts on TV during the season. The Dallas Cowboys propped up ratings, as the team was involved in five of the 10 most-watched games, including the Thanksgiving Day game against the Las Vegas Raiders, which averaged a whopping 40.8 million viewers.
That was the most-watched regular-season game on any network in 31 years and one of only two since 1988 to average at least 40 million, the ratings agency said.Comment -

#20I still do.I stopped getting the package a couple of seasons ago because there are so many games on espn and tnt along with the local teams, here in north central Iowa its the Pacers ,twolves and Bulls.Bulls are fun to watch i usually watch from late 3rd quarter on.Hockey has gotten a little boring for me on tv.I hate Tnt coverage im in the minority but Eddie O is so overrated same with the other guy Elliot i think his name is.Comment -

#27NO!!! I can't stand it anymore. That's hard for me to say to!
I didn't even watch the all star game this year like I use to every year. Life long NBA fan as well here. I just lost complete interest during the Covid BLM lock downs. Don't like that the NBA bows down to China either now.
I still bet the NBA every day though but it's painful to watch for more then 15 minutes for me. It's all about 3 point shooting and no defense now, black woke swag. I'm out!!
I will watch Inside the NBA though after the TNT games. That I can still stand.Comment -

#31This league is a joke.
Where's the defense?
Dejounte Murray has a triple/double in the third quarter already.
RJ Barrett hung a 30 burger on Miami in the first half alone.
San Antonio game may go to 280 points..

That was fun.
As a kid, everybody had defense.
Stockton, Utah.
Rodman, Detroit.
Every team had at least two specialists.
Today, dribble the ball to the three point arch, chuck a three point shot while your four other teammates pick their ass and watch.Comment
