This isn't news. They can't compete in the online space with draftkings and Fanduel so they aren't going to try anymore. They can spend all the money they want on tv and other ads, they aren't competitive with fanduel and draftkings.

DK and FD had a major head start, FD had this is mind in 2009 when they launched their daily fantasy sports contests.
FanDuel actually started out as a futures market prediction game, then switched to DFS.

DraftKings was launched three years later, and in 2013 MLB invested in them making DK the first pro sports organization to get skin in the game.

Everybody else is playing catch up, and never will.

These books have no chance meaning most of the smaller ones just close down or sell to FanDuel
