Best line service for the money

Asking for a friend, what is the best line service for the money? He only bets at LV casinos or on the Vegas casinos' apps; doesn't do offshore.

Line services are a thing of the past. If anyone wants live lines, just go to the online sports books, put them in different windows, and you can save thousands per year.
