You just named a bunch of quarterbacks, which happens to be the most visible and prestigious position. The elite guys under center tend to be white guys for the same reason that elite hoopers are almost always black guys, and, consequently, merit lucrative sneaker contracts in addition to a plethora of other sponsorships while their white counterparts collect dust on the bench. Different skill sets result in different employment placements.

Sports is the ultimate performance based endeavor. Stop crying about "not enough" this or that. Equality ensures equal opportunities, not equal outcomes. We have achieved that, and now you have to allow for the natural order of things to shake out, the cream inevitably rises to the top.
