Seems like a ripoff most of the time and that you would be better live hedging instead..unless you have no funds.

Ive only done it twice and both times I should have rode it out. I had set 1 final score 7-6 each side in a tennis match for some nice plus odds. Both players strongly holding serve each game. Gets to be 6-5 and all of sudden its 15-30. Then15-40. Cashout price sucks on both. Clenching the butt cheaks. Then 30-40. Price still sucks. Then deuce. Now its a profit on both sides so i do it but its a very small profit. Flops back and forth a few times with the advantage and finally dude holds serve to go 6-6...shoulda fukking left it alone.

Just curious if anyone does it regularly. Last night i had stl blues regulation -125 last leg of a $250 parlay paying over 1100. Even at 3-1 in the 3rd period when they are clearly dominating the cashout price was like 852. Glad i didnt fall for that bs.

You should not be gambling Wojer.

But since you are, good luck with the plays.

I hedge live, but never use cashout feature.

I'm not famliar with this true "cash out" feature, only in live hedging. We all know live hedging is a pain because the mental math. Sometimes we will pop up a calculator. I'd be interesting in a real analysis of how much "cash out" really costs, as opposed to the line juice cost in hedging. My guess would be it's a little more expensive, because you're not doing the work, and the book wouldn't offer that service if it didn't pay them extra... can we get a percentage ? 10% might be worth getting lazy and just using it. Once it goes higher then it has to be written off.

You're not getting the correct odds the books cash out offer.
