Not Pa and obviously a quite different animal to most places. And a great model I wish we all had.

But even the Vegas gaming commission allows voids of past posts.
He has never once agreed with anyone on this site. Also they easily could have just not noticed this prop. The minute it got hit by someone it probably got pulled. And at 992 limit it wasn’t even worth the time of the opening post

The EV of that $992 considering the expected win probability is certainly worth some effort. Just because you can have a much larger stake / payout on other wagers doesn't mean that the EV is better.

I have a hard time believing that this is the legal standard in any state with legalized sports betting, let alone the majority.

They could definitely void it. Whether that is legal or not would come down to the decision of the Gaming Control Board. Are there any examples in PA of bets like these being voided? It has happened in NV, but there are also lots of examples of stuff being paid out after a dispute.

Absolutely not a "for sure" thing. I can bet NFL divisions after 14 games have been played without it being past posting, because the sportsbooks have the option to change the lines after some results have come in. Same thing in this case. The sportsbook had the option of taking the line down, changing it to Rams -10, or leaving it as is. It was entirely their choice to leave it as is. If they look back and think it was a bad choice, they are perfectly free to get better quality control moving forward. PGCB might not agree that they are free to void winning bets.
