#42They could definitely void it. Whether that is legal or not would come down to the decision of the Gaming Control Board. Are there any examples in PA of bets like these being voided? It has happened in NV, but there are also lots of examples of stuff being paid out after a dispute.Comment -

#43Absolutely not a "for sure" thing. I can bet NFL divisions after 14 games have been played without it being past posting, because the sportsbooks have the option to change the lines after some results have come in. Same thing in this case. The sportsbook had the option of taking the line down, changing it to Rams -10, or leaving it as is. It was entirely their choice to leave it as is. If they look back and think it was a bad choice, they are perfectly free to get better quality control moving forward. PGCB might not agree that they are free to void winning bets.Comment -
