Would not help out by letting the arguing die down for the rest of January, so benched him so we could have 10 days to see what forum was like without it.

Unlucky for him the forum has looked much better. Not sure how to deal with his return but hoping all his haters just leave him to bury himself if he is going to.

Could you just ban him only from PT? I think if he only posts in the football forums he wouldn't be bothered or bothering others. He is only doing it in PT for attention.

I think your solution is simple. All of his “picks” threads in the respective sub-forums only, or the saloon.
He can complain all he wants, but nobody had 6-7 picks threads in Pt, on page 1, with the repeated issues in each thread.
The sport the thread was regarding? Couldn’t tell. Content was the exact same in each
Imo, He should not be able to start any threads in Pt the rest of ‘22

It's just not fair to ban him and not do it to the people who take part in the same conversations every day, and actually make the problem.
