If they call a timeout to move it to half court, then for sure a shot is going up.

Nah. If that's the idea you inbound it right away to catch them off guard doing something dumb. Once they set up into a TO no team would ever be stupid enough to do that. They inbounded top of the key where there wasn't a Bulls defender within 10 feet.
