Gullible Phil went along with the idea and gave them what they wanted. He was probably more interested in getting paid for it than anything else since the old school dude could only think about his bank account.

I know I'm getting older myself and my six pack is gone.

It's about diet. I drink to much Tequila and wine and that's what gave me a little gut today. I cut that out I may get my six pack back in no time even at age 53. Gotta stay some what active also.

You can lose the weight if you really want to. Lay off the cheese and bread. Soda's and beer also. Eat a salad.
