I hear you, I used to call him Ben "rapesburger" so I get it..my only bet is teaser leg chiefs -6.5 which so not sharp, just so I could have some action. I also bet under 46.5 but that was chasing the sharps, wish I was sharp. I know just enough to not be dangerous, but to have some $ left over to feed my habit lol

I do rememer rapesburger though, can't believe he survived long enough to still be playing today. I am a square, just learned to follow vegas enough to "break even' if that. I was on cowgirls today so I don't always listen to vegas even if i know better and obvoiusly should.

You get it!. Longer you gamble the more you realize sample size matters, betting for action is gambling might as well be lottery ticket. And even if you do the right thing every time it's a grind. Not saying I'm a pro, far from it, just gambling for profit wasn't what I thought it was when I started. It's profitable, just not a get rich scheme.

It's a tool and can grind out nice money just not worth ignoring rest of your life for and for most people starting out not as easy money as they think, or at least as I thought when I got started.

I agree. Spot betting is smarter and sharper than betting everyday. That's how you can have an edge over the public. Betting futures has been profitable for me.

Can't answer since I'm only a fan of the team I have $ on, but I thought the same thing when they made the playoffsf. I bet on them last two games, the story was too good for the refs to ignore..but now it's getting painfully obvious. Big en was great, key word being was...this is just sad and they are dragging it out too long.
