    Help with Caesars
Can someone explain to me Casear's promotion. First of all they claim they have 24/7 support with phone and live chat but they never answer the phone and I have been waiting nearly an hour to be connected to an agent. Anyway. I am looking at opening an account and sending something to them to play today to qualify for their risk free bet. I am looking at a parlay but i don't understand what they mean by the first bet has to have a minimum odds of -200. Is that two to 1? meaning I could not make a standard point spread wager that pays -110 to qualify. I actually am looking at making a parlay bet but wanted to make sure I understand the rules. Tks.

Minimum odds of -200 meaning that or lower is ok but not above -200 like -201, -202, etc. -110 is fine

Ok so if iam looking at playing a 4 team parlay that pays 12-1, that would not qualify?

What would the reasoning in that be? Someone wants to make a parlay that is harder to hit than a straight wager, why do they even restrict that?

I appreciate it toughone, but that doesn't really help. I just won't be able to pull it off if this is the case. Tks everyone.

If you go to cashier and clock on deposit you will see if the free bet match bonus is available, the bonus will show up when you click deposit under cashier if your account is eligible.

No, what they are saying is that your bet can't be at a lone that is -201 or higher, -202, -203. Anything at or below -200 is fine. -200, -199.

I don't think it matters if it's a straight bet or not but make sure you check the details.

I've had nothing but bad experiences so far. Non existent customer service. Dont answer emails and live chat has 4+ hours of wait to speak to an agent. Cashouts take forever.
