I don't understand them kicking a field goal on 4th and 9 there. I for sure would've tried to score the TD there to tie the game at least. You don't know if you're going to get the ball back with Mahomes and company on the other side.

That's true I guess but they didn't get the ball back and lost the game. It would've been a difficult conversion or score on 4th and long but asking your defense to stop KC is asking a lot so I think there is some merit to going for it. Hindsight is 20/20 I suppose but in this case he's going to get second guessed.

Obviously an 86 yard scoop and score going the other way when the Donkeys had a 2nd and 2 in the RZ was the difference in outright winner/loser, but taking all those points with the home dog was the correct call.

Yeah I agree with that. They were that false start (or some little penalty) away from a touchdown at the end there probably though, just nerve wracking times all around. It’s why the nfl is a fun ass league to bet on even if it’s hard as shit to beat
