Real talk: anyone know the recovery period for this virus from personal experience? It’s been a week and still haven’t left the house. Get completely winded walking up the steps. And yes I got the J and J Vax when it first came out last March. Right now chest feels heavy but fatigue is extreme. I’m a distance runner but can’t even imagine running a lap right now let alone playing full court basketball. Luckily off until after the new year but hoping to see some progress where I can at least walk around the block. Shit blows to be honest
