Easy. People would test positive for the same strain of colds if they were tested all the time. Testing positive doesn't mean you are sick, it just means you are carrying it. You can some form of immunization from a shot or from having it before, but that doesn't mean you can't contract it; it just means your body has built of the correct antibodies to fight it with ease, and your body not have to shut down.
