Both the Ravens and Bills against the Titans are incompetent to not bring the game to an overtime.

Ravens are doing it consistently. Losing by the worse way possible. I can only remember a handful of times that going for the win worked. Its got to be about a 20% chance of winning or less to do it. Most teams can’t even score a 2 point conversion to tie.

The two point conversion is a 50/50 coin toss.

Since 2018 it's successful 49.4 percent of the time.

I'm analytics guy, but I say kick the XP, take your chances in o/t.

The Ravens are 2 of 7 on 2pt conversions this year. They are not close to being 50% as are most of the other teams.

2 point conversion a bit better than a coin flip

                OT a coin flip

when you are the big underdog or away. I think go ahead and go for 2

when you are decimated by injuries and late in the season but Playoffs are still very likely...

take the short coin flip over the LOOOOOOONNNNNG coin flip

go to bed knowing you had it ALL in your control and didn't have to count on the actual coin flipping towards one of the greatest of all time

the bigger decision that should be judged is going for on on 4th and medium and goal. the very first drive

those 3 points could have made the last decision completely moot

Here's why this one was worse than last week. Last week, 11 seconds left. You score, you win.

This week, even if you convert, Rodgers has 41 seconds and one TO to beat you with a FG. If the game is tied, he still tries to beat you but he's not going to get 4 downs, or be overly aggressive and risk a turnover.

It's all about game situations, and these coaches are just lost out there.

Not to mention, Greg Roman calling your 2-point play? Your screwed to begin with. He's awful. Calls the worst play possible, rolling the kid to the short end of the field with just one receiver in his sight.

Yep, no real problem if it’s to win the game right there like it was against the Steelers, but with that much time left on the clock it’s dumb and the slim margin with the analytics goes right out the window.

Exactly. You score the xp and you force Rodgers to beat you in regulation which he has done numerous times. Tie it up and you are going to OT with the best kicker ever. Harbaugh is just like his brother. Dumb.

Exactly! Auburn had a great misdirection throw back to the TE on the other side for 2 pts in the Bama game, but didn't have the balls to run their best play when it was 17-16 and a chance to win the game. They waited until the forced 2 pointers in OT and Bama squeaked it out. They should've eliminated Bama right there.

Meanwhile Baltimore has the balls to go for 2 (again) but calls some bs play that had no chance. Andrews should've been the perfect decoy if you're going for 2 there.

One other thing about Harbaugh's decisions:

*A Tie would look awfully good in the AFC standings right now.

A Tie in one of those 1-pt losses would have them not just IN the playoffs but on top of the Division right now.
