Yep they should have went for 2 in the first ot. His team had nothing left. Plus it was backup kicker for him, even though he made that long one. He missed a 25 yarder last week.

You’re right. My bad. Initially looked like the play was designed for him to go out wide to run some more clock but he totally did it on his own.

He had a chance to just fall on his butt before the defender touched him. He does that and it’s pretty much ball game.

I am always amazed how kids are not coached up at the end of the game. You have to tell your players to fall down and not go out of bounds. It's real easy to just drop to the ground. That idiot had zero awareness because he was not coached up. Sure, the RB is dumb but that's a coaching problem still.
