I live by this rule. This year has been a nightmare the first 7 months going into August could not get a single payout of $5000 + which is not good. But i stuck to my deposits always being between $150 -$500 . I did slip up once during the year and only once did a single $900 deposit. That was the only one. Then i finally went on several runs at 2 different books and cashed out $60000 since then. I actually Won most if not more then the money i lost back and a lot of that is because during my losing run i did not start betting way more trying to Win it all back at once.

I agree with that if you are talking sports side of it. If Casino there are sites that i have blocked and i know i would lose control but i have not gone back in there in at least a year. Like Youwager and Betpop and Justbet and Jazz all blocked and have stayed out. So i think it is possible to just Sportsbet and stay out of casinos if you block them and just do not go back in.

that's good news. at least you dont have this grand impression that you can beat the books without actually having an edge. for most of us, this is just for fun. when you're down and keep digging yourself deeper in the whole, it's not fun at all. sometimes the amounts we lose are brutal. that money could have been spent elsewhere

Taking out loans is pretty bad i hope you got them all paid back and did not set you too far back. I go back again to starting with a smaller amount. If you can get decent bonuses to start off with that helps a lot. Like at several books i get 40 or 50% cash because they want me to play there . At another 100% FP from time to time. Another 40-150% cash depends on time of year GT for Xmas always does the 100% cash at least. They actually did a 150% twice . If you deposit $480 or so and get a 50% cash thats about $700+ starting off. A small Winning streak gets you in a good position pretty fast going All In every time. Or start off just trying to get over $1000 at $700 bet a game that gives you a decent edge of Winning maybe a -200 or so that will get you between $1100-$1200 . Then take your All in shots . A small winning streak of 3 games gets you All in around $7000. From there so much you can do. Cash out $5000 and keep playing with the other $2000 . Or keep it all in and slow it down and try for $10000 .

The entire idea is starting with lower amounts limits the amounts you lose that when you do hit these streaks and cash out these amounts the profit will exceed what you have put in . I went from Jan to July with the worst run you can have won zero but did not try and chase with larger deposits except once for $900 . But i finally went on a few small runs and one fantastic run and since then Won $60000 Since August.

Thanks alot guys it is much appreciated! I wish I had the self control but I just don't. It doesn't matter how good you are at picking games if you chase while your losing. Very impressed with those that can have proper bankroll management.
