Betpoints are an incentive program. If you somebody promises you a free car and they don't deliver, they did not steal a car from you. They just went back on the agreement. An agreement is subject to change.

If you were selling SBR you would not pay out on points and neither would anyone else. SBR views points totally different from the posters. SBR views it as something that has been given for free and it not owed.

There was a reason that SBR made you donate to charity to go PRO. First, it makes them look good. It makes you commit to the site to keep coming back and most importantly, it eliminates them from owing you anything. If SBR had taken the money, they would be on the hook legally for the points.

It does not need to be since you were not paying for a membership. They said they could remove points at any time. They had their bases covered. That was something to pay attention to.
